many malaysians migrate?

refer to my trip to JB, while waiting for new passport, talked to a few people oso waiting there. well, i m more of a listener than a talker, me, 2 other chn, and 2 indians, so we were talking like how bad the service was, the indian couples said thay submitted their applications the day b4 and still waiting to get their new passport. the younger chn said he has been waiting for 1.5hr since he submitted and paid for new passport. the other chn was just a few numbers b4 me so same case as me, been there since early morning.
we concluded that the same old building has not been reno/upgraded at all, if my memory didnt fail me, i was at that same old building when i applied for my IC when i was 12, now i m 42, still that same old building. as for passport application, i guessed must have been there for like 3-4 times, same number of counters, same pace, each day mayb service 550-600 pple. over the course of 30 yrs, guess the population in JB alone should increase what? 30-50%? yet the same waiting room, crowded! same no. of officers working there, same kind of fucked up service...
the younger chn said, no wonder so many pple migrated, said he's working in australia, also planning to migrate, but family told me NO, but he said with the govt in m'sia, he gives up hope a long time ago. yup, all of us have our own complains, me & the other chn guy have been in s'pore for a long time, just comparing to s'pore alone, m'sia definitely has a lot of catch up work to do. mahatir's 2020, the number is just around the corner, another 10yrs, but that idea has been around for more than 10yrs, and what has changed in m'sia, to us? not much! if where m'sia is now than the time when 2020 was initiated, m'sia has taken a LONG TIME to take a SMALL STEP, another 10yrs down the road, m'sia is still FAR FAR AWAY from what was expected of 2020.
hmmm, not sure if the malays see otherwise? but how to converse with the malays? they only speak malay, me oledi forgotten a lot of my malay vocab, as for the other 2 chn, i c their blur look when the officers spoke to them, even worse than me. my guess is the malays are contented with their govt, as for the other races, well, i guess we just wanna take a BIGGER STEP. so wat to do? take the STEP somewhere else, may not be great minds, so long as think alike!
